The check-in deposit is frustrating!!! Staff presence doesn’t equate to proactive cleaning, and the maintenance issues are endless. Tubs drain poorly, and the decor looks outdated and mismatched. Overall cleanliness could drastically improve!!!

I loved the convenient access to Eagle Creek Park, just less than a 5-minute drive away, and the nearby Dallara IndyCar Factory made for an exciting day out, providing a fantastic mix of nature and speed during my stay.

It was just a great fit for short visits in Indianapolis with high value for money. The room was clean, but the service was really poor, especially when I asked for extra pillows. Make sure to plan breakfast early to avoid long waits.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean room and the quiet atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety, but a little improvement wouldn't hurt. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again due to overall concerns.

One morning, we woke up to the cleaning staff vacuuming at 11:30pm, which was really annoying when we were trying to sleep.

the refrigerator had mold , but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. also, the breakfast had good options like scrambled eggs and yogurt. check-in was super easy and staff were friendly.

A/C worked great, but the elevator was slow and cramped.

Honestly, this place was a mess. Got in late and they downgraded us to a smaller room. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty. Creepy people lurking around and the front desk barely helped. The dining was decent tho, so that was one plus. Just overall a really frustrating experience.

Totally recommend for a brief retreat

Clean room, comfy bed, and the hotel has free parking, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle.
